Laguna Niguel, California.Trading Places International was recently awarded resort management contracts at Park Hotel, and Skiers Lodge in Park City, Utah, and Highland Estates Resort in Mesquite, Nevada.
The contracts include on-site management services, reservations, rentals, exchange, re-sales, and financial services. Vice President of Resort Management, Douglas L. Wilcox said, "We're very excited about the addition of these popular properties to our Family of Resorts because of their prized locations and quality."
The Park Hotel, located on historic Main Street, is listed on the National Historic Register. Skiers Lodge, in Utah's largest winter playground, is just one block from The Park City Mountain Resort ski area, offering 87 ski runs. Both properties are within a short distance of three championship golf courses, and the countryside is perfect for hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and almost every other outdoor sport.
Highland Estates, a growing vacation destination in the beautiful Virgin River Valley, is located in Mesquite, just 80 miles north of Las Vegas and 30 miles south of St. George, Utah on Interstate 15.
