CONROE, TX -- December 27, 2002 ERA® Stroman concludes its seven-year association with ERA®. Wayne Stroman, president of ERA® Stroman states, "Seven years ago, it was a business decision to go with ERA®. We have participated for seven years in national affiliation with a single franchise."

We are re-branding to Rii® Stroman. We feel this brand change will better reflect our expanded menu of complete timeshare brokerage services. Stroman further states that "It was awkward for the different real estate brands and independents to deal with us as ERA®.
