The Crescent Club timeshares for sale in Several locations : Founded in 1999, Crescent Club is an exclusive network of luxurious homes located in select residential communities in the United States and Mexico. With Crescent Club's fractional ownership vacation homes, members own a one sixth deeded interest without the hassle of maintenance that a second home entails. Members and their guests are able to use and enjoy any of the homes in the Crescent Club network, whenever they choose, subject to availability and reservation procedures.
Each home within the network is co-owned by six owners, each of whom own an equal, undivided one-sixth interest as a tenant in common. When more than one member requests the same vacation time in the same home, Crescent Club uses a rotating priority reservation system to determine reservation priority. Each member has 56 days of allotted time, but may stay in excess of the allotted time, subject to availability.
