OceanFrontier consists of 6 cabins with partial kitchens and a beautiful beach. There is a bar next door called Nippers that has a pig roast every Sunday. The only way to the island is via boats. There are no cars to rents just golf carts, which currently cost $45/day. There is a grocery and liquor store on the island along with about 5 restaurants which are very pricy. Food at the grocery store cost 1 1/2 to double the US prices, but well worth it as it is very expensive to eat out constantly. The ferry to get to the island is $20/person, one way. This was the best beach trip that I've ever taken.

I have stayed here twice. It is like a fancy hotel. Very nice accomadations. We have stayed in the Morea, the next size up, both were very comfortable. Good quality furnishings, comfortable beds. The hot tub and pool are gorgeous. They even have waffle morning where they make you breakfast. We also took a trip from the resort to Redrock Canyon which the resort sponsored. It was beautiful and it only cost us 2 dollars each. The shuttle service onto the strip runs often and has multiple stops unlike some resorts. I can't say enogh positive things about our stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at Village by the Gulf and we loved it. We were't facing the Gulf but we didn't care. The establishment is very nice and the stay was great. As a matter of fact, we just purchased the timeshare for the unit that we stayed in.

We have been owners at Riviera for 16 years. It has been a great experience every year we've been there. A highlight of our year----always!!

The resort is very nice. It is well landscaped and maintained. There are two pools; one side is more active and festive and the other side is more relaxing and quiet. The restaurant is OK for breakfast and better for lunch and snacks. The timeshare units are nice and well cleaned. There is a small vendor store for last mintute items you need on the spot; reasonably priced. There are also 4-5 gift shops; clothing, jewerley; reasonably priced. The hotel is within walking distance to the Malecon.

Even though this is an older resort it is so special in a great way. In each unit we stayed in you feel all alone in the great woods in a free standing chalet/home. It was a treat each time.

We stayed at the Sapphire Beach Club from Feb. 16- March 1, 2008. We had a fabulous time. The staff was very helpfull and the two different units we were in were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had another couple with us and they had a great time also. We would definately recommend the Sapphire Beach Club.

I stayed at the Highlands Resort in Cornville in March 2008 and had a lot of fun. They have a heated pool, a jacuzzi and an adult jacuzzi for people over 12 years I believe. The location is great; it is very close to Out of Africa, wineries, Jerome, Sedona, Verde Valley Railroad and right down the street from a variety of restaurants. The fitness center and laundry services were free which I really liked as well. There’s also a game room for kids or kids at heart. It’s a brand new place so everything in the room looked like it had never been used before! It was a nice little getaway.I would recommend this place for convenience, great amenities and location, but not for privacy.
